LARGE FORMAT ENGINEERING GRAPH PAPER

IMPERIAL SCALE: 1"=10', 1"=20', 1"=30', ETC.

Engineering scales in home design are generally used by the civil engineer or surveyor to draw the property / site plan.  On each of these graphs, the darker grid is one inch.  The lighter grid varies with the scale and represents one foot on the 1″=10′ scale and ten-foot increments on the other scales.

Smaller scales (1′ = 10′) are used for individual lots and site plans for single homes.  Larger scales (1′ = 40′) are used more for subdivision plans, larger lots, etc.

SCALE: 1" = MULTIPLES OF 10'-0"
